An important feature of the system is that it will give a customer immediate intelligent feedback after they have given their feedback.
Example: A typical feedback in the airline industry, if for instance, the passenger indicated the service was not up to standard would be "Thank you for your feedback we apologize that our service did not meet your expectations we will investigate and rectify the problem" This can be configured exactly to the clients needs and can also be used to generate prizes or alarms where passengers have experienced very bad service.
